Waterfowl keep the area alive and keep me venturing out in the cold with the prospect of photographing a bird in flight. Lighting conditions are not always optimum, as these birds tend to be the most active in the early morning and just before dark… This shot was taken as these birds were coming in to a string of decoys along the river just before night fall..Didn’t get them with their feet down, but I will keep working on it…
I seem to have missed ABC Wednesday Yesterday.
Figured that I would rather be late than miss out on this one.
