June 2010 Free desk top calendars
You thought I forgot didn’t you?? :-)
Once again I am giving you two new desktop calendars for the month of June.. Golden is a Mule deer doe that I spotted on the way home a few days ago.. I was so hoping that she would have a fawn lying in the grass with her, but as hard as I tried.. I could find it through my lens.. My guess is she was just relaxing and enjoying the nice weather for a change..

option 2 is Blue.. a love struck Blue grouse we encountered in the high country.. Our youngest son’s first experience with a “drumming” grouse.. and he was amazed at just how unafraid it was.. and for those of you who would ask.. Yes, I was that close to him.. they become quite territorial in the spring and can be very aggressive..I have been attacked and chased by a few.. This one never got ornery.. but he did follow us across the ridge
