Stacey: Beautiful capture on a blue sky day with the Moon showig off for us.
love your propective. Do you think he is looking at the moon? Peace
I mention the redtail was my favorite hunter so maybe that would work as a name Hunter.
Hope you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
The Chritmas festives are about to hit full swing and I may not be back until everyone heads home. Peace
Now that’s just the most beautiful shot I have seen ! I want to sit on that branch with your friend.
Wow! I love this photo! The hawk seems to be watching the moon!
Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful composition !
Oh Stacey, Wish we had some of that blue sky here. It’s rainy, foggy, 60 degrees–and doesn’t feel a thing like Christmas..
Your picture is incredible!! Thanks!
Betsy
Great photo and cool blog too:)
Beautiful blue sky. Interesting blog. Ho Ho Ho to you.
Wow! The moon still there, so romantic!
That’s incredible to catch both in unison.
“Gorgeous George” staring at the moon! That’s my entry to name him!
Now there is fairyland for you! A bird sitting in a crystal tree contemplating the moon.
Stacey, gorgeous Skywatch shot! I adore raptors! Oh, you have a contest to name the redtail…I will see…

PERFECT! Lots of meaning…
This is a gorgeous shot!
This is a beauty Stacey!!
Exceptional composition. Always neat when you can work a moon in. Blue Skies.
Ah Stacy; that’s perfect!
A beautiful capture, Stacey!
I am following the rest of your posts with interest. I can’t comprehend the temperatures you are talking about. It was +10F with a strong breeze, here this morning, and I thought it was unbearable to be outside for any length of time, but that pales by comparison to what you are experiencing.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and I look forward to seeing a lot of good photos from you in the coming year.
Wow. I love this shot!
The world aligned for this great photo – the tree, the moon, the hawk! Great!
