The answer to the riddle..
~This week I decided to post left over baby photos from this year as my way of saying hello to the Fall season that is quickly approaching here in the west.
Yesterdays post asked the age old question… “which one came first??”
and I do think I finally found the answer….
LOL.. sorry guys, must be a lack of sunshine, we live in a high mountain desert area and today is day 5 of rain…To answer a few questions from yesterday, yes the nest and eggs were magpie, and they were taken last spring, it is way to late here for nesting season, most birds are getting ready to migrate, as soon as they can dry out their feathers that is(wink)

Great shots. I get excited if a little sparrow sits still long enough to be snapped. Can’t imagine how crazy excited I would find myself looking at these.

You’ve posted a lot of beautiful shots since my last visit.
Being a deer person I especially like the shot of the mule deer with her fawn.
We evidently lucked out on our trip with most of the days being sunny and gorgeous. It sounds like one week later and we would have had a rainy week!
